As part of this public consultation, we are inviting local residents, businesses, and community groups to share their thoughts on our proposals for a new self-storage facility with flexible employment workshops in Stratford.

Currently, the Site is a vacant employment land. STOREX is considered as a good neighbour for residential contexts for the below reasons:

·Low traffic generating use

·Increased crime prevention / safety and security

·Economic and employment generation locally

·Low environmental impact / solar gains.

·High quality design and landscaping

·Non-intrusive business (low noise)

·Convenience for residents to have a nearby storage unit
